Mark Smith

Senior Vice President

Mark leads Summit Fire National Accounts, overseeing sales and operations with 25 years in service industries and 16 years in fire and life safety. His career includes founding and growing the Healthcare Solutions department, serving as a principal member on multiple NFPA committees, and earning numerous professional certifications. Beyond work, Mark is active in community service, founded the Wind Beneath MY Wings Scholarship, and enjoys coaching, running, and spending time with his wife and six children on their farm.

Director of National Accounts

Rebecca has spent more than a decade with Summit, growing from accounting to leadership roles in National Accounts. Now as Director, she oversees strategy and operations, guiding her team with a focus on excellence, innovation, and growth.

With her steadfast dedication and work ethic, Rebecca stands as a beacon of leadership within Summit, guiding the National Accounts team towards a future filled with growth.

Justin Miller

Director of National Account Operation Sales

Justin has been with Summit for over 10 years, rising from the fire extinguisher shop to leadership in National Accounts. He now oversees operations for the Minnesota and Kentucky groups, drawing on his strong finance background and experience in sales and operations.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys family time at the cabin, sports, and collecting memorabilia.

Jeff Banuat

Director of National Accounts Operation Sales

With 30 years of experience as a firefighter and in fire and life safety, Jeff leads operational sales for Summit’s Georgia-based National Accounts. He has earned multiple NICET and CFPS certifications and has held senior roles at several fire protection companies before joining Summit through acquisition.

Jeff enjoys time with family, taking Jeep rides in the mountains, and giving back to his community.

Ashley Eder

Director of Government Sales

Ashley directs Summit’s government sales division, leveraging 13 years in life safety to lead strategy, operations, and client service for government partners nationwide. She is skilled in navigating procurement and compliance while building trusted relationships with agencies.

Based in Baltimore, she ensures government customers receive tailored, mission-critical fire and life safety solutions.
